  Laurel and Hardy sprung to mind after what was one catastrophe after another! I chose this company to supply and fit seven rooms in my home. Wood floor, carpets and vinyl. The kitchen vinyl was badly cut on a few corners, under washing machine vinyl was still all rolled up- no sealant either. My daughters bedroom was cut short by her door- because it was opening out rather than in I was left with a two inch gap! Hall, stairs and landing was the icing on the cake! Firstly, they did not tell me carpet was damaged until I rang to find out where were the fitters? I was told they were on there way....two hrs later they turned up to do other work. After Wyvern came with excuses after excuses I was told they can fit hall, stairs and landing Sat ( just gone). They turned up claiming they do not have all carpet!! They said we'l do hall and stairs and that I would have to wait 10 days until rest came in! My partner ended up pulling stair carpet up which was so badly fitted look like it was cut with a knife and fork. I then took carpet in question back to shop and plonked it in the doorway. Along with there payment for the better looking rooms. ALL I have had of this company is excuses and 'I am terribly sorry for this'. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY
