I bought off their Amazon sight (t/a Online Retailers UK) Delivery date kept getting changed. Today got what looked like a phishing email "New Case Claim" with no reference number, info of order etc just saying the courier couldn't find address & I either had to give them an alternative & pay £6 redelivery or get a refund. No case has been opened with Amazon, they can see an email has been sent but it had no link to the order so as far as Amazon were concerned it was out for delivery. So they are basically trying to con me into paying £6 for redelivery of a £20 item, without going through official Amazon channels because their courier can't read a SatNav or map! Tried phoning but their answerphone is full. My address is correct as I get 2+ Amazon deliveries a week. #amazon #raifashions #OnlineRetailersUK
