  Was told by a rep that i could choose through some timbers. Then when i travelled there was told a different story. The timber i was looking through was in pretty bad shape and was told i didn't have a choice take it or leave it. After being told this by one of the managers he then said i could choose my timbers this time, which i went to do only for another busy body to come over and stick his nose in and proceed to tell me i didn't have a choice. At which point i'd had enough and went. Waste of time, not very professional, and conflicting information from different staff. Although I will say the lad serving me was helpful the managers need to get their act together. Wouldn't recommend.
