  VERY disappointed by this retailer. It smells bad, very unclean, some of the packets on the shelves are OPEN!! they charge 5p for bags even though they employ less than 250 employees and don't have to. When the assistant (I use that term loosely as they are always 'too busy in the back' to assist you ...) was asked for the managers details to write a complaint, I was told "they are on holiday so I cannot have them". My score 1 Star, only because we cannot grade lower. Small stores like these should be friendly, great and encourage locals to come back over and over again. Oval Stores... you failed.
