  I been on MOT on 26/07 which fail with some of reasons, one of the was headlamp aim beam image obviously incorrect Nearside, i been told on collection car the lamp is in wrong position and need to be set correctly and it can be set up free of charge when i back for retest. When i fix all other problems and i come back for retest first time i hear i have to pay extra £17.50 for retest, is nothing about this on main website page kwikfit probably it is somewhere hide about the charge...anyway, when i come back for retest i hear this time the lamp give too small light and is not a problem position of lamp but need to be clean and polish...so i have get back car again but before they told me something different in reception. Now is 07/08 Monday and my restest date is ending on 08/08 Tuesday when i clean and polish the lamp and want go to retest in Hereford centre they told me as they dont have tester because its ill, and nobody be doing test till next Monday i can come back on Monday but i have to pay for full test. I have now to pay much more and do again full test because KwikFit dont have staff to retest my car when im still within 10 working days to do only retest!!!!

  I'm really disappointed , I've always chosen Kwikfit Hereford for my MOT's however this time they left the cover (and metal clip) on the floor in the car instead of under the bonnet in it's place. I called up when I got back to Hereford to ask if I could pop by for them to put it back as I didn't know how to get the clip back on, I turned up , received no apology , a manager got one of the guys to come and put it back , he didn't have a clue what he was doing so when he said he had done it after 15 mins I said ok and checked and he had lied , disappointed with terrible service to fix something they did incorrectly to start with.
