  Probably the most poorly stocked HMV I've been in. Admittedly it's not a very big store, but I went in with a list of CDs to look for and they didn't have any of them. I did buy a new release one in the end and the young lady who served me at the till did so with a smile, so no complaints about the service.

  Had a problem with my Beats headphones and took them back to the shop (the colour of them wasn't what was on the box), the manager told me that they could not exchange them as the box had been opened. I explained that, unfortunately, I do not have X-ray vision and thus had to open the box to see. They refused to swap the headphones. Idiots. Awful customer "service"
