very insincere & unprofessional in business dealings . Upgraded phone & handset , handset not what requested & when I received first bill from orange = double the contract amount because store not upgraded contract . All so sold x3 months free insurance with in x1 month had a direct notification to collect money . Ludlow & Bridgnorth stores ,head office not interested
