Tony Fletcher helped us in every possible way, not pushing us but encouraging us to make the right decision. His easy, relaxed demeanour was refreshing.   Dire experience.... ended up with a vehicle we couldn’t drive, amazing lack of response from the M.D. Dave Peachy who, despite my many calls to him personally never once to date has had the courtesy or professionalism to call me back, nor apologise for the situation his business has left me in. Very quick to process deposit of 10k great at selling vehicle but no attempt to help out with an after sales problem DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM FOWNHOPE MITSUBISHI HEREFORD.
