Having said that the team at Cotswold parts (Ian especially) went above and beyond to find a part for my 1 series. The reception staff are friendly and polite (and make a lovely brew) the guys with the tech for the cars (Genius dept) are forthcoming and helpful and everyone seems to really have a passion for the BMW brand. Nothing but good things to say about a great bunch of people. I would highly recommend this garage to friends and family.
