  A fantastic shop, not only a huge range of bikes and equipment but brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable staff who take the time to really fit you to your bike. These guys spent three hours getting my wife set up right on her new bike, that's great service.

  Worst bike shop in the world - my sons bike was in for a service, we had already been informed it was ready to collect, but when I called to check closing time all of a sudden its not ready and all answers are vague. Passed between 3 different members of staff, all obstructive, was told they would check and call me back shortly - no call!!! The £250 price tag for a service (and a few consumable parts) on a child's mountain bike, is significantly higher than staff's customer service levels. Under no circumstances will my son's bike be coming back here.
